I’m a newly Certified Practitioner from the (MPI) Alchemy of the Chakra's Therapeutics program. I'm a current student of the Yoga 500hr YTT Certification focusing on Restorative, Yin, and Trauma Informed Yoga, as well as Meditation and Breathwork Certifications. I have decided to utilize my abilities, gifts and inherent ideas and expertise out there for those interested in transformation via alignment of the mind, body, and spirit. I am not only a lifelong learner but a lifelong student as well, and I seek to assist those within the collective to experience my services!!!
